Scheduling Deposit

A non-refundable scheduling deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm all mobile DNA collection appointments. This deposit:

• Secures your appointment on our calendar
• Is credited in full toward your total service cost
• Is non-refundable if you fail to appear or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice
• May be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days

Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice)

If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be applied to a new appointment within 30 days.

Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your $50 deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.

No-Shows

If you do not appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, your deposit is forfeited in full. No credit will be applied to future appointments.

Emergencies

We understand emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible if unforeseen circumstances arise. Emergency situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
